The Tempe Union High School District would like to invite you to submit a proposal for Plumbing and HVAC Services . Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/tuhsd , no later than 2:00 pm on Friday, May 15, 2026 .

Tempe Union High School District seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive plumbing and HVAC repair, maintenance, and related services to support the safe and efficient operation of district facilities. Services must be reliable, responsive, and performed in accordance with industry standards and applicable codes. The scope includes preventative maintenance, on-demand repairs, emergency services, and system troubleshooting across a variety of campus and support facilities as outlined in this RFP.

Tempe Union employs approximately 700 teachers, 50 administrators, and 350 support personnel to serve approximately 11,500 9th–12th grade students in parts of Tempe, Phoenix, and Chandler, Arizona.

Six of the sites are comprehensive high schools and Tempe Union Online, being alternative high schools.
