Summary

The City of Clearlake accepting proposals to award a contract for Plumbing Services on City owned buildings. This contract would be a term of three (3) years. Buildings will include - 14050 Olympic Drive ( City Hall/Police Department Building), 3245 Bowers Avenue (Senior Community Center), 14295 Lakeshore Drive (Chamber of Commerce/Visitor Center), 4750 Golf Avenue (Youth Center). Buildings may be added or deleted as needed. This award will be for on call service and after hour emergencies.
