Scope:

The Town of Leesburg, Virginia is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide mechanical and electrical services for the removal and replacement of two 30” plug valves (provided by Town), one flow tube (provided by Town) and bypass pumping services for the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF). The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to perform and complete the project.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 1:00 pm (local time) at the Utilities Maintenance Building (UMB) Conference Room located at 1385 Russell Branch Parkway, SE, Leesburg, VA 20175. It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project. A non-mandatory site visit will follow the pre-bid meeting. The pre-bid meeting portion will be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams and made available to the public.

Bid Opening:

Bids will be publicly opened via Microsoft Teams using the eVA e-Procurement website at the due date and time listed above. The bid opening will be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams and made available to the public.
