This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”): The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is soliciting bids for a Contractor to provide plumbing maintenance, repair, and emergency services as outlined in this IFB at properties located in Charles County. The work under this contract shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishings of all labor, materials, equipment, ladders, scaffolds, hoists, services, and any other equipment necessary to satisfactorily execute and complete the project in full compliance with the Contract requirements.
