Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from qualified contractors for a new or slightly used plot combine. The combine will primarily be used for corn, soybeans, and mung beans, with the option for all crops if needed. Contractors can provide bids for both a new unit and a used unit. The unit should be a current model, under standard production by the manufacturer, and be furnished with standard equipment and accessories as listed in the manufacture’s printed literature, plus the items below. All equipment and options must be factory-installed, if available. Used units must be under 100 hours, 2 years old, and be professionally serviced before delivery, with all standard wear parts replaced. A company can bid multiple units for evaluation.
Contractors should read all materials carefully and note the due date.
