Pleasantdale Playground Design & Installation

The City of South Portland, Maine is requesting bid proposals from qualified playground equipment vendors for the design and installation of a new playground in our Pleasantdale neighborhood located at 33 Elm St, South Portland. This project is being funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant. All contractors must complete the CDBG construction packet attached to the bid document to be considered for this project. Davis Bacon prevailing wages apply to all labor performed on site. Please refer to the attached Davis Bacon prevailing wage rate sheet when determining labor costs.
