Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 850 S. Madera Avenue, Kerman, California 93630, until April 8th, 2026 at 2:00pm PST, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in said building for construction in accordance with the specifications.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the City Clerk labeled with the name of the bidder, the name of the project and the statement “DO NOT OPEN UNTIL THE TIME OF BID OPENING.”
