Platform, Phoneline interface Badges

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of interface badges from Vocera as a sole source because of its ability to meet compatibility requirements of an existing line of equipment. The original Vocera badges are now past their end-of-life and require replacement to maintain hospital communication efficiency. This order is specifically for replacing those badges while ensuring compatibility with OSU's existing Vocera devices, server infrastructure, and phone interface. OSU currently operates Vocera software and servers, and only their badges can operate the system. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at procurement@oregonstate.edu by 02/27/2025 at 10:30 am.
