Plano Independent School District is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for:
Plano West Senior High School Partial Roof Replacement
SCOPE OF WORK:
Remove and replace existing partial areas of standing seam metal roofing down the existing metal decking. Confirm that the existing metal decking is structurally sound and provide a new standing seal metal roof in the areas shown on the roof plans in and about Building A. Provide all miscellaneous metals including new metal edge, eaves, rakes, valleys, and ridges and 2 new metal roof to roof access ladders.

Estimated Budget - $1,400,000 and $140,000 Owner's Contingency
