Plano ISD Demolition Projects

Plano ISD Demolition Projects includes general building demolition removing entire building at Forman Elementary School, Davis Elementary School, Armstrong Middle School and Carpenter Middle School. Demolition will include the complete removal of the building and foundations to 5'-0" below grade and document existing locations of piers abandoned below grade. The contractor will be required to demo all asbestos in the building during the demolition process per state requirements. All building disposals will need to follow all local and state disposal requirement. All existing utilities, Water, sewer, Storm, Electrical, etc. will be required to be removed per plans and made safe. all existing drives and sidewalks located within the property line will need to be removed . All existing sidewalks and drives at property line will remain and be protected refer to plans. all exiting trees will need to be protected to remain during the demolition project and all disturbed ground will require temporarily irrigation and Hydro mulched to meet the minimum requirements by the City of Plano.
