Synopsis

The purpose of this contract is to provide professional services to King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Water and Land Resources Division (“County”) to conduct market and procurement research and develop draft materials, including a scope of work and evaluation criteria for proposals in preparation to solicit a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Multi-Jurisdictional Community-Based Public-Private Partnership (CBP3) for the Stormwater Retrofits project.
