Planning Consultant for 24th Street Bridge and Downtown Corridor

This project includes planning for the 24th Street bridge and the downtown corridor in Pueblo. The project work entails public engagement, a feasibility study, design, right-of-way needs assessment, and other pre-construction activities; however, the project will not result in construction under the grant.

1. The City of Pueblo was awarded a RAISE Grant from the US Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for the work on this project.
2. The services requested shall be funded by FHWA pursuant to the Federal Highway Administration Award No. 693JJ32440495. A copy of the Grant Agreement is attached as ATTACHMENT C . All services shall comply with applicable requirements of the Grant Agreement and shall follow the CDOT/FHWA format. All designs must meet CDOT/FHWA requirements.
3. Due to the funding source, only the Proposals shall be evaluated. All pricing will be kept private until the evaluation of Proposal is complete. See special instructions in the CONSULTANT SCOPE OF SERVICE & PROJECT REQUIREMENTS and VENDOR QUESTIONNAIRE for the submittal of pricing.
4. There are no DBE goals for this project.
