NOTICE TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT FIRMS
The South Arkansas Regional Airport Commission, El Dorado, Arkansas, is soliciting responses from qualified construction management firms to provide professional Construction Management services related to the planning and construction of minor interior alterations to the existing terminal building at the South Arkansas Regional Airport, El Dorado, Arkansas. Construction management services required will include pre-construction phase services and subsequent construction phase services.
The project will involve minor interior demolition and construction required for a new security screening area and secure waiting, and is anticipated to be Phase 1 of a planned comprehensive interior and exterior renovation of the entire terminal building and adjacent site.
A detailed Request For Qualifications (RFQ) packet outlining basic project requirements, submittal format, and selection methodology and schedule will be provided to interested parties and is available by contacting:
