Millburn Township Planning Board

TAKE NOTICE that on the 4th day of March, 2026, the Millburn Township Planning Board took the following actions:

Application #26-001. Granted approval for a Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan with associated C variances and design waiver to UE Millburn LLC – 187 Millburn Avenue, Block 305, Lot 1.
Application #26-002. Granted approval for a Minor Subdivision to 33 W Beechcroft LLC – 33 West Beechcroft Road, Block 2801, Lots 16 & 45.

Resolutions memorializing the decisions of the Planning Board with respect to the above matters are anticipated to be adopted at the March 18, 2026 meeting.
