TAKE NOTICE that on the 15th day of April, 2026, the Millburn Township Planning Board took the following actions:

Application #26-001. Memorialized the approval for a Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan with associated C variances and design waiver to UE Millburn LLC – 187 Millburn Avenue, Block 305, Lot 1.
Application #26-002. Memorialized the approval for a Minor Subdivision to 33 W Beechcroft LLC – 33 West Beechcroft Road, Block 2801, Lots 16 & 45.
Application #26-003. Memorialized the approval for a Preliminary and Final Minor Site Plan with associated variance. RH (f/k/a Restoration Hardware) – 1200 Morris Turnpike, Block 5303, Lot 1.
