NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Clerk’s Office, for the Township of Livingston, County of Essex, State of New Jersey on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, 11:00 AM prevailing time at 357 South Livingston Avenue, Livingston, New Jersey at which time and place proposals will be opened in the Council Chambers and publicly read for:
RFP NO. 20-2025 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES- PLANNING BOARD ATTORNEY
This proposal is being solicited through a “fair and open process” in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et. seq.:
RFP documents and specifications can be downloaded for no charge online (upon registration). Specifications and other information may be obtained beginning on October 28, 2025. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27-1 et seq.
