Project Description: MSDGC’s Planning Group is processing and prioritizing several hundred projects. These projects need planning support to develop a sufficient level of definition to submit for funding and County Board approval. The Planning Group needs specific support services to provide the necessary information to reach this level of definition. This RFQ will solicit proposals for providing that support.
• Develop Project Scopes
• Assist with Project Area Analysis,
• Assist with Alternatives Development
• Planning Analysis
• Prepare planning deliverables
• Provide Planning Administrative Support
• ROW investigations
• Other related planning support services
