This bid is being posted to this website for notification purposes only. No electronic responses will be accepted. Questions posted here will not be answered. The City of Norwalk is soliciting proposals (RFP’s) from qualified Consulting Environmental Engineering firms to provide site assessment and comprehensive design for the following project: Plan Development for Flood Resilience Using Salt Marsh Rehabilitation and Green Infrastructure. Funding for the project is through a Federal grant. Federal funded projects require additional terms and conditions and other obligations. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
