Placement Services Northland Workforce Training Center

NWTC is seeking a partnership with a qualified staffing/placement organization that will enter into a revenue-sharing agreement to assist NWTC with the sustainability and placement of students and community members into careers in the advanced manufacturing and energy sectors. The successful partner will offer placement services to current NWTC students and NWTC alumni, with the potential to additionally serve more than 5,000 community members who visit NWTC annually. The successful partner will provide various student/candidate services including:

• Skilled Based Assessments
• Resume Preparation Services
• Mock Interviewing Services
• Temporary and Temporary to Permanent Placement
• Direct Hire Placement
• Fulfillment of NWTC’s Contract Manufacturing Positions
• Placement services for referrals and job seekers seeking assistance from this location
• Collaborative branding, communications, and marketing strategy with NWTC

*The successful vendor is expected to have a full-time onsite presence at NWTC, located at 683 Northland Avenue, Buffalo, New York, 14211.
