Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, at the office of the Purchasing Agent on the second floor of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Ave., Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri 64501 until 3:00 P.M., July 31, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work will generally consist of the demolition and replacement of the Civic Center Park north fountain.

There will be a mandatory prebid conference held at 10:00 AM on July 23, 2025, in the 1st floor conference room of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Avenue, St. Joseph, MO.

Complete Set of Bidding Documents will require a charge of $25.00.

Please pay close attention to State Prevailing Wage Determination and OSHA Safety Training requirement per R.S.Mo 292.675
