Pipette Calibrations, Maintenance and Repair Services

The Arizona State Public Health Laboratory (ASPHL) and the Radiation Measurement Laboratory (RML) are required to perform periodic recertification or calibrations on various single and multi-channel pipettes that meet the various certification and accreditation programs including, but not limited to, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), International Organization of Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC) 17025 and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  The Laboratories are seeking one (1) Contractor that shall provide basic pipette, calibrations, repair, and comprehensive preventative maintenance service.

Solicitation Amendment Two has been issued. The new due date is May 7th, 2025, 3:00 PM Local Arizona Time.

All questions, inquiries, or clarifications regarding this solicitation shall be submitted through APP using the Discussion Forum Tab within the Solicitation, no later than three (3) business days prior to the RFQ due date of May 7th, 2025, by 3:00 pm local Arizona time.
