2026-03 Pipelining Rehabilitation Project

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of the City’s storm sewer pipes at various locations by installing Cured-in-Place (CIP) pipelining by Inversion or Pull-in-Place and cured by either Steam or UV.

The Vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the Plans, Specifications, and terms of the Contract. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans.
Pre-Bid Meeting:
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at City Engineering Office, 114 Dickinson Street, Charleston, WV 25301 on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 10am.

Addendum 1 Issued on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 to modify specifications, attach vendor questions and responses, attach optional pre-bid sign-in sheet, correct error and provide instructions on how to obtain Google Earth File for project.

To Obtain the Google Earth File for the Project: email bids@cityofcharleston.org. The subject line must say 2026-03 GOOGLE EARTH FILE REQUEST. The body of the email must include the vendor’s name, address, phone number, contact name, and email address.
