The project will rehabilitate a total of 4,789 feet of 96-inch prestressed concrete cylinder pipe using steel liners. This project will also include installation of an Isolation Facility for Pipeline 5 near the Oceanside 5 Flow Control Facility turnout. The isolation facility is housed in an underground reinforced concrete structure.
