Quotes MUST include all five (5) items described in the following paragraph and include relevant information regarding all salient characteristics listed in the Purchase Description on page 4 of the Solicitation Document as well as part numbers in their bid for a technical analysis of the quote to be performed. Quotes should also include one (1) copy of the Operation and Maintenance Manual, Owner’s Manual, Spare Parts List, and Warranty Information for each item.
The requirements for a new pipeline inspection camera system include: one (1) pipeline inspection camera, one (1) cable, one (1) reel, and one (1) monitor. Each component of the pipeline inspection camera system shall be compatible with one another. The system requirement also inlcudes the furnisment of one (1) pipeline locating tool with the capabilities to locate the pipeline inspection camera, sondes, remote transmitters, and energized lines.
