Pioneer Park Phase 1

Project Description: The work will consist of the completion of construction services required to demolish existing elements, including landscape, hardscape, and site electrical; to preserve mature, existing trees; and to build the new Pioneer Park Phase 1 project including civil/sitework, installation of play features, community gathering space(s), pickle ball courts, basketball court, electrical improvements, lighting, walkways, plantings, restoration, irrigation, two custom pavilions, pathways, seating areas, enclosed Dog Park and a small Ranger Station with adjacent restrooms. The project is pursuing SITES certification administered by the Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
