Project Description: The work consists of the following:
Grading, paving, and utility improvements for a new neighborhood park to be known as Pioneer
Park. The work more specifically includes earthwork and all associated erosion and sediment
control; installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and electrical utilities; the installation of a
park entrance road and 15-stall parking lot; and the installation of certain portions of concrete
sidewalk and trail.
