Project Description: Muhlenberg Township will receive sealed bids online for the construction of the Pioneer Grove Launch as delineated in the specifications and plans. Online sealed bids are to be submitted via the PennBid Program before August 13, 2026 at 10:00AM at which time they will be opened. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Site, 3030 River Road, Reading, PA 19605.
