Work includes: Installation of over 1,800 square yards of roadway construction, over 1,400 linear feet of curb, over 5,700 square feet of concrete sidewalk, nearly 21,000 square feet of asphalt shared-use path, over 460 linear feet of storm sewer, over 600 linear feet of 2” water service, over 40 linear feet of sanitary sewer service, a restroom and picnic shelter, playground, pickleball and basketball courts, site landscaping, site lighting and other related work.
