Pine Shavings for the Mercer County Equestrian Center

The Mercer County Park Commission requests bids for Pine Shavings for animal bedding for horses at The Mercer County Equestrian Center and horses and livestock at The Howell Living History Farm for the period of September 24, 2025 through December 31, 2025.  Bidders shall provide the cost per bag for a maximum of 3,000 bags over the contract period. Acceptable method of bidding and delivery to the Equestrian Center and the Howell Farm shall be: Palletized Small Delivery- Pine Shavings shall be bagged and palletized, shrink wrapped with a cap, and delivered as needed, two to ten pallets at a time, with unloading.
