INVITATION TO BID
East Harding, Inc., Construction Manager for the Pine Bluff School District in Pine Bluff, Arkansas will receive Bid Package proposals from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers for the Pine Bluff High School Stadium Renovation Project. The project will consist of demolition and new construction of a Press Box, Concessions, Seating and other Stadium improvements.

BID TIME: SEALED BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 2:00 p.m.
PRE-BID MEETING (non-mandatory): Tuesday 7/22 at 9:00 at the Multipurpose Bldg. on the west side of the stadium.
ALL SUBCONTRACTOR QUESTIONS FOR CLARIFICATIONS DUE IN WRITING TO THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER NO LATER THAN: Thursday July 24th by noon.
