Project Description: The project consists of a renovation of the existing San Manuel Administration Building, a 5,919 SF office building, to include updated office and shared spaces for the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO), Adult Probation, WIC program and Transportation departments. Site development includes expanded parking lot of vans, buses, covered parking for PCSO and transportation vehicles, a bus washing bay and exterior storage rooms.
