Looking to source a piezo nano rotary positioner with the following required specifications:

• 1 HV compatible


• form factor smaller than 60mm


• with an encoder


• with a large central hole for x-ray to go through

Same or similar to the following specifications:

• Rotary positioner with stick-slip drive, unlimited rotation, precision ceramic bearing, integrated optical encoder (S)HV-compatible (1e-6 mbar), Teflon-insulated stranded wires with braiding, cable length 120 cm, circular 14-pin plug, male


• LEMO vacuum feedthrough (14 pins, SJG.1B.314.CLASV)


• Adapter cable with Lemo FGJ.1B.314 connector and DSUB-15m connector; with 150cm cable (6x2AWG26, common shielding, PVC sheathing)


• MCS2 Sensor Module in small aluminum housing for up to three Stick-Slip/Scanner positioners (S-Sensor, L-Sensor, M-Sensor), 3xDSub15f, DSub15m socket to MCS2 controller
