Pierce Enforcer Pumper

The City of Garden City intends to purchase one (1) Pierce Enforcer Pumper. This unit will provide firefighting and rescue services to the City of Garden City. The total cost of this apparatus is $1,008,078.48. The City seeks to finance this amount over a ten-year term. This price is based on a pre-paid discount due at the time of the order. If the financing agreement is not complete by the time the payment is due, the City of Garden City intends to pay the full purchase price of the apparatus and then utilize the capital lease purchase financing to reimburse the cost.
