Solicitation Summary
The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified and licensed contractor to furnish all materials, labor, supervision, transportation, permits, licenses, equipment and any incidentals necessary to provide necessary construction services at our City Yacht Basin. The City requests a qualified contractor to remove and dispose of the existing decking on Pier #3, the main Pier and associated finger piers; provide full replacement of the decking, along with removing and reinstalling components as necessary.
Project to be completed with Grant funds issued through the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Waterway Improvement Fund.

Additional Instructions
Purpose: The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified and licensed contractor to furnish all materials, labor, supervision, transportation, permits, licenses, equipment and any incidentals necessary to provide necessary construction services at our City Yacht Basin. The City requests removal and disposal of the existing decking on main Pier #3, and associated finger piers; and provide full replacement of decking, removing and replacing ladders as necessary. Project to be completed with Grant funds issued through the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Waterway Improvement Fund Grant #LG-1201N-25. The City Yacht Basin is located at 352 Commerce Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078.
