Invitation to Submit Proposal:

The Hudson River Park Trust (the “Trust”) is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for construction services for Pier 51 Playground Reconstruction. The scope of services includes the replacement of existing play equipment and poured in place safety surfacing, replacement of an existing drinking fountain, installation of an owner-provided water feature, pulling new wire in existing conduit between spray elements and the spray control panel, preparation and repainting of the existing fence, rails and miscellaneous elements and power washing of all existing concrete walls, as more specifically described in the RFP.

Respondents are required to disclose any conflict of interest(s) that may preclude them from participating in this solicitation, including participation in other Project contracts.
