Estimated Cost Range:

Estimated cost range is Not-to-Exceed (NTE) $600,000 plus Washington State Sales Tax (WSST); $400,000.00 for the Northwest Seaport Alliance and $200,000.00 for the Port of Tacoma

Procurement Summary:

Providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to repair fender systems, pier structures, and other marine systems when requested by the Engineer on Port property. The work will be assigned by Task Orders; each Task Order will address the scope of work and time of completion and shall be performed in accordance with these specifications.
