Project Description: This request for proposal (“RFP”) provides to those interested in submitting proposals for the subject procurement (“Offerors”) sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for the Philadelphia Regional Port Authority’s (“PhilaPort”) consideration to procure a Restroom Trailer for Pier 80 (“Project”). The Trailer will be located at Pier 80, 2147 S. Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19148.
