PIEDMONT CONVENIENCE CENTER UPGRADES

Greenville County owns and operates the Piedmont solid waste convenience center located at 225 Owens Road, Piedmont 29673 . The project is to install concrete pads for two (2) new waste compactor units and two (2) charge boxes . This project includes: asphalt cutting/removal, concrete, trenching, electrical, sewer piping, The site will be open to the public during construction period however, the site can be closed for brief periods to accommodate construction. The closure will need to be coordinated with the County in advance of closure.

The County has purchased two compactor units for the Piedmont Convenience Center, located at 200 Owens Rd, Piedmont, SC 29673. These compactors require three-phase power. The convenience center has an electrical panel on site to provide power to the compactor units. Contractor will need to verify the conditions of the electrical panel prior to submitting a proposal.
