Pickleball Program Operator Request for Proposals

The City of Siloam Springs Parks & Recreation Division is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from experienced and qualified professional Pickleball Program Operators (“Operators”). The selected Operator will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Pickleball programming that caters to the growing interest and participation in the sport. The City seeks an Operator with professional pickleball certification and credentials who will collaborate with the local pickleball community to complement and expand current pickleball programming offered by both the City and private enterprises.

Proposals must be received no later than Monday, March 10 ^th , 2025. City expects that the project will be awarded on or around March 21 ^st , 2025.
