Pickleball Court Furnishings

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The CITY OF CLEVELAND is accepting sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials and services for the construction of a new pickleball pavilion with interior finished space, a new softball pavilion with concessions space, a restroom building, a storage building, a monument sign, and the renovation of two existing pavilions.  Bids will be received until 1:00 PM, EST, June 17, 2025, at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.  Any bid received after the date and time specified will not be considered.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM, EST, in the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.

Bids must be sealed, plainly marked “BID – TINSLEY PARK” and mailed or delivered to the City of Cleveland, Attention: Kristi Powers, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.

The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, through its Council Members, reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any formalities and informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Cleveland.
