PICKETT ROAD AND CRAIG PARKWAY IMPROVEMENTS

Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, at the office of the Purchasing Agent on the second floor of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Ave., Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri 64501 until 3:00 P.M., October 24, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work will generally consist of but is not limited to earthwork, storm sewer, sidewalk and roadway pavement improvements to both Pickett Road from South Riverside Drive to Craig Parkway and Craig Parkway from Pickett Road to US 36 ramps.

There will be a mandatory prebid conference held at 11:00 AM on October 15, 2024, in the 1st floor conference room of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Avenue, St. Joseph, MO.

Copies of the Bidding Documents will be available on Monday, October 7, 2024, and may be obtained from the Purchasing Division at the address shown above or by calling 816-271-5330.

Complete Set of Bidding Documents will require a charge of $25.00.

Please pay close attention to State Prevailing Wage Determination and OSHA Safety Training requirement per R.S.Mo 292.675
