PICA GPS-UHF transmitter

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a PICA GPS-UHF transmitter from Vertebrate Systems LLC as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the goods being compatible with existing equipment. Units must be compatible with existing size of product owned by OSU. Units must be solar-powered and remotely downloadable. Size must be compatible with attaching a GPS to standard VHF necklace style sage-grouse collars. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at pacs@oregonstate.edu by 12/21/2023 at 3:00pm PST.
