Event Description
The University of Alabama is seeking sealed proposals from therapeutic service providers to operate Physical Therapy and Athletic Training services in the Student Recreation Center (SRC) and Robert E. Witt Student Activity Center (Witt) on the University’s campus in Tuscaloosa, Alabama as per attached general and technical specifications.
The University of Alabama Recreation Department (UREC) is seeking contractors to provide physical therapy services to both the University and the general community. In addition to physical therapy, Athletic Training Services and Immediate Response First Aid/CPR will be required at the Student Recreation Center (SRC), as well as for Intramural Sports and Sport Club activities, events at the Witt Center, and any other programs deemed necessary. This includes any additional recreation properties the University may acquire in the future. The University will provide the contractor with access to a rehabilitation space in the SRC to offer these services. The University of Alabama intends to issue a multi-year contract to one (1) qualified firm.
