The Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR) hereby issues this Request for Information (RFI) seeking information from interested parties who can offer information on Physical Media Destruction and Overwriting or Degaussing of Electronic Media Services.

The goal of this RFI is to provide the Department with information regarding a solution which definitively provides the services as detailed in the attached document.

Vendor questions are due by 5:00 P.M on October 20, 2025.

Vendor responses to this RFI are due by 5:00 P.M on October 31, 2025.
