P hotoluminescent: Helmet Shields, Passports (Helmet Shield Inserts), and SCBA Identifiers (Bottle and Front strap) – As Needed

The proposed contract shall be for a five (5) year period beginning approximately May June 5, 2025 - June 4, 2030. V endor can update their pricing (with appropriate justification) at the anniversary date after the first year. Approved price adjustments shall remain unchanged for at least 12 months thereafter unless due to extraordinary circumstances as documented by the Contractor and concurred with by the City.
