Photography Services for Parks & Rec Programs

The City of Davenport, Iowa invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide professional photography services for youth sports programs, performing arts programs, and special event dances. Services will support year-round programming and special events hosted by the Department. The initial contract term shall be one (1) year, with the option for the City to extend the contract for up to three (3) additional one-year terms at its sole discretion.

Proposals must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Request for Proposals must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
