REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP 25-08-22-PR: Photography Services for City Events and Programs

Notice is hereby given that the City of Crestview is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Photography Services for the City of Crestview’s Parks and Recreation events and other City-sponsored activities.

Sealed proposals will be accepted in the City Clerk’s Office, Crestview City Hall, 198 North Wilson Street, Crestview, Florida 32536, until August 22, 2025 at 2:00 pm (CST), which may be amended by addendum issued by the City. All untimely proposals will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Proposals will be publicly opened and the names of the proposers read aloud on August 22, 2025 at 2:00 pm (CST) in the City Council Chambers, 198 North Wilson Street, Crestview, Florida 32536.

The City of Crestview is seeking to contract with a professional photographer or photography studio to provide services for youth and adult sports teams, City events, and other photography needs on an as-needed basis. Services may include team photos, individual portraits, candid and action shots, and photography for marketing and promotional purposes. Selected vendor(s) must be flexible, reliable, and capable of coordinating across multiple departments and timelines.
