Description

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Department of Acquisition (DAM), requires a Contractor to provide optometry and ophthalmology equipment preventative maintenance and repair services. These services are required to be conducted on an Areawide basis.



The proposed award will be an Indefinate Delivery Indefinate Quantity, Base plus Four (4) Option Years.
