Project Description: The City of Tempe is soliciting offers to establish a one-year contract, with 4, 1-year renewal options. The awarded contractor(s) will provide on-call and event-based services for the Tempe Police Department. While the Police Department maintains a limited number of in-house phlebotomists and may choose to utilize those in-house resources at any time at its sole discretion, contractors may be contacted when those resources are unavailable.
