Description
Request for Proposals ("RFP") at Philadelphia International Airport ("PHL") The City of Philadelphia, Department of Aviation, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to implement a Digital Content Management System (CMS). The CMS will centrally manage all digital displays within the Philadelphia International Airport terminals, facilitating the display of various content types and information from numerous sources. The awarded Applicant will provide comprehensive implementation services including project management, system design, installation, and coordination with various airport stakeholders. The Office of Economic Opportunity has set participation ranges of 15%-20% MBE and/or 15%-20% WBE. Key Dates (subject to change via Addendum to the RFP, posted on eContract Philly with the opportunity) September 20, 2024 – Optional Pre-Proposal Meeting on Zoom at 10:00 AM (Local Philadelphia Time) – Link to meeting in RFP document September 24, 2024 – Final deadline to submit questions via email to the Primary Contact of the RFP by 5:00 PM (Local Philadelphia Time) October 18, 2024 – Proposals due to the correct opportunity through the eContract Philly online application process by 5:00 PM (Local Philadelphia Time)
