PHL Digital Content Management Support

Request for Proposals ("RFP") at Philadelphia International Airport ("PHL") The City of Philadelphia, Department of Aviation, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to implement a Digital Content Management System (CMS). The CMS will centrally manage all digital displays within the Philadelphia International Airport terminals, facilitating the display of various content types and information from numerous sources. The awarded Applicant will provide comprehensive implementation services including project management, system design, installation, and coordination with various airport stakeholders. The Office of Economic Opportunity has set participation ranges of 15%-20% MBE and/or 15%-20% WBE.
